Responsibilities:

THE OPERATOR acts as an intermediary agent for passengers in relation to their trip, whether by bus, car, train, boat or plane and does not assume any responsibility for damages, losses, accidents, delays or irregularities that may occur, either for reasons or mechanical failures in vehicles, boats and airplanes, or for any other reason, or for reasons of non-compliance of third parties or companies that had to prepare, fix or provide services related to the excursions.

THE OPERATOR cannot be held responsible for accidents, losses, damages to people or objects of its property, or for additional expenses incurred either due to illness, events of nature, weather, strikes, arrests, guerrillas, wars, quarantines, robberies, non-compliance of whatever means used to get to or leave the country according to the itinerary, or of civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or changes, or additional expenses caused by delays, hotels, airline irregularities, or of any kind.
THE OPERATOR reserves the right to cancel or change the course of any service, itinerary and / or prices and to cancel or substitute stops in any of its excursions without prior notice, as well as the use of services of affiliated companies, as it deems appropriate. .

Payment Policies:
THE OPERATOR requests full payment (100%) of the services, considering that reservations are less than 90 days before the arrival of passengers.

Cancellation Policies:
THE OPERATOR WILL NOT RETURN deposits prior to the arrival of individual passengers or groups, in the event of cancellations due to the NO SHOW policies of our service providers. Returns are made based on the payment policies of our suppliers.


LEGAL POLICIES
This documentation contains privileged and confidential information for the exclusive use of the recipient. The receiving party by means of this instrument
It obliges to keep secret the information classified or not as confidential revealed by THE OPERATOR, being strictly prohibited to reproduce any copy of said information, distribution, dissemination, copying or other use by and to third parties. Under no circumstances will the receiving party be empowered to use this information in whole or in part for its own benefit, disclosure or be used for the benefit of third parties. The disclosure by the receiving party, of the information provided by THE OPERATOR to third parties, will entitle THE OPERATOR to take the corresponding legal actions.
