What are the hotels that have a transfer service for these packages?
All those that are in the perimeter of Panama City, that is, between the Tocumen airport to the Las Americas bridge, and to the San Miguelito Bridge. Areas such as Los Andes or towards the city of Colón and the area crossing the Bridge of the Americas are considered outside the route, they pay an additional supplement.
I am not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick-up point? Do they pick up private homes?
Regarding the transfer service that is included in the packages and One-Day Tours, this is provided from a specific point, which is indicated at the time the reservation is confirmed, generally it is a hotel within the perimeter of the city. If in your case you are far from the meeting point, we have a transfer service whose cost is additional to the reservation of the package, it can be hired from our platform.
What is the meeting point for my visit?
The meeting points are set out in each of the One-Day Tours or reserved packages, you can also find this information in the reservation confirmation.
Do I need to obtain a visa or carry a passport, or are there any special health requirements that I must meet for this visit?
This will depend on your nationality and/or type of passport, we suggest you check at: http://www.migracion.gob.pa or on the website of the Panamanian consulate in your country.
I travel in a group, do you organize group trips or do you have a group discount program?
In you visit our sections: One-Day Tour and All inclusive, in the details of the products you will find the option for groups. Otherwise, and if you want some type of special package, you can contact our sales team at: [email protected], depending on the size of the group, the discount will be awarded.
In what languages ​​is the tour available?
The staff used for our tours is bilingual Spanish and English.
Do you give discounts to personnel from the Army, AAA or other groups?

How far in advance can I book?

I get an error when trying to pay my reservation with a credit card, what can I do?
The reservation and payment process implemented by: THE PANAMA EXPERIENCE is completely automated and all credit card payment transactions are secure. In the event that your credit card systematically throws an error, we suggest you read the error message carefully, if it does not alert you about the expiration of your card or lack of coverage, contact the card issuing entity to make sure that it has not been imposed a security condition. Modifications and Cancellation of Reservations

When submitting an inquiry or special request, what should I do if I do not receive a response within 36 hours?

Can I change or rectify my reservation?
Reservation modifications depend on the type of modifications you want to make, these are subject to study and approval by our reservation team. What do I do if I am late for the visit?
Failure to attend the scheduled place and time is considered a Not Show, therefore the loss of the amount paid for the product (this is specified in our general reservation conditions). What happens if it rains or if the travel service provider cancels the visit on the same day?
